                      SCRAMBLE EGG AND FISH----ORAK ARIK TELUR DAN IKAN


Ingredients:

- 2 cup cooked tilapia meat with no bond,squeeze it until the meat well blended
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger,pounded it
-2 eggs
- cooking oil
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- salt

Insruction:

- fry onion in a medium heat on a non stick pan until golden brown.
- once they turning color to golden brown, add ginger,turmeric powder and salt.stir them well.
- one minute later, add eggs and cooked fish.
- stir them well and keep cooking until dry.
- when the color getting darker and smell good, that is mean the food almost done.
- keep stirring about 2 more minutes, and it is ready to serve..

# we used to eat it with rice or noodle soup.


Bahan:

-2 cup ikan tilapia yg telah di rebus, lalu ambil dagingnya saja.
-1 b.bombay, potong halus
-1 sdm jahe halus
- 2 telor
- minyak goreng
- 1 sdm kunyit bubuk
- garam

Cara:

- goreng b.bombay hingga kecoklatan dan harum.
- lalu masukkan jahe halus, garam dan bubuk kunyit.
- aduk sekitar 1 menit.
-kemudian masukkan telur dan ikan.
-aduk terus hingga ikan agak kering dan agak kecoklatan.
-setelah itu angkat, makan siap disajikan.

                                   FRIED EGGPLANT WITH SPICY SAUCE
                     
                                   RESEP BALADO TERONG



Ingredients

1 cup fried fish fillet
2 cup fried eggplant
1 cup  fried tofu
3 cloves garlic, pound them
2 tomatoes,chopped it
1 small onion, chopped it finely
1-2 tbsp chili powder
salt and cooking oil
1 cup water

Instruction:

-firstly fry onion until golden brown in a medium heat on a non stick frying pan
-once onion turning to golden brown, add garlic in.stir them well about 1 minute.
-one minute later, add tomatoes,chili powder and water.cook it until the liquid is absord.
-when the liquid absord and oily, add fried fish fillet, fried tofu, fried eggplant and salt.
-stir them well about 1 minute and should be good.


Bahan:

1 cup ikan fillet goreng
2 cup terong goreng
1 cup tahu goreng
3 siung b.putih, haluskan
2 tomat, potong halus
1 b.bombay,potong lembut
1-2 sdm bubuk cabe merah
1 cup air
garam dan minyak goreng

Cara:

- pertama goreng b.bombay sampai kecoklatan.
- setelah bawang kecoklatan dan berbau harum, masukkan b.putih halus.aduk sekitar 1 menit.
-setelah itu, masukkan tomat,bubuk cabe dan air.masak terus hingga bumbu matang dan berminyak.
-lalu masukkan terong, ikan, tahu dan garam.aduk rata, masak lagi sekitar 1 menit.
- Balado siap di sajikan.
