                                   FRIED EGGPLANT WITH SPICY SAUCE
                     
                                   RESEP BALADO TERONG



Ingredients

1 cup fried fish fillet
2 cup fried eggplant
1 cup  fried tofu
3 cloves garlic, pound them
2 tomatoes,chopped it
1 small onion, chopped it finely
1-2 tbsp chili powder
salt and cooking oil
1 cup water

Instruction:

-firstly fry onion until golden brown in a medium heat on a non stick frying pan
-once onion turning to golden brown, add garlic in.stir them well about 1 minute.
-one minute later, add tomatoes,chili powder and water.cook it until the liquid is absord.
-when the liquid absord and oily, add fried fish fillet, fried tofu, fried eggplant and salt.
-stir them well about 1 minute and should be good.


Bahan:

1 cup ikan fillet goreng
2 cup terong goreng
1 cup tahu goreng
3 siung b.putih, haluskan
2 tomat, potong halus
1 b.bombay,potong lembut
1-2 sdm bubuk cabe merah
1 cup air
garam dan minyak goreng

Cara:

- pertama goreng b.bombay sampai kecoklatan.
- setelah bawang kecoklatan dan berbau harum, masukkan b.putih halus.aduk sekitar 1 menit.
-setelah itu, masukkan tomat,bubuk cabe dan air.masak terus hingga bumbu matang dan berminyak.
-lalu masukkan terong, ikan, tahu dan garam.aduk rata, masak lagi sekitar 1 menit.
- Balado siap di sajikan.
